End User License Agreement
This page summarizes the EULA. The legally binding version ships with the application as LICENSE.
License grant
On payment of the applicable fee, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use SummarizeRay for personal or internal business purposes on the number of devices specified at purchase (1 by default).
Trial
A 7-day evaluation period begins on first launch. After the trial expires, a license key is required to continue.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or transfer the software or your license key.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source beyond what applicable law allows.
- Bypass the trial period, license-key validation or device activation enforcement.
- Use the software to develop a competing product.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
You are responsible for the cost, security, and terms of any third-party API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) you use with the application.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, within 14 days of purchase.
Activation limit
Each license activates on 1 device. To move to a new machine, deactivate the existing activation from inside the app's License panel before activating elsewhere.
Disclaimer & liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Liability is capped at the amount you paid for the license.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The full LICENSE text is included with the desktop application.
